Cardio Tennis
- Enjoy a group fitness class that will improve your conditioning, agility and tennis skills.
- Each class is one hour. The goal is to keep your heart rate elevated to increase your fitness capacity.
- This is a fun class with music, lots of high-fiving, and sweating.
- It’s a “party on the court”
